Midweek Blast! Music soothes the savage beast

Sometimes you have to use what you have in your pocket to calm down, relax or just plain jam out. I'm talking about the music you listen to on your phone you monkey, get your head out of the gutter for a couple seconds! Music can and has always played a pivotal role in everyone's lives. From putting you to sleep when your mother sang you that first lullaby or the song your father used to dance with your mother on their anniversary. Songs and music motivate you in and out of the funk. Enjoy!

There is a better way to understand this dark place we all put ourselves in. Don't just suffer in silence my brothers. 

Relationships Trois: Where mental health is a factor

When you are navigating through mental health issues, it is easy when you are solo. Being single means it's just you going through issues. What happens when you are in a relationship? How does the other partner deal with the relationship while you are having a nervous break? Many times we don't ask. How does a relationship survive challenged by the stress of a partner stricken with these issues? Well we can only hope to answer that question. Scientist are using the latest and greatest technology to explore into some of the oldest structures known to man. What they found beneath the Giza Plateau will raise more questions than answers.
